Suppressors Best host .223/.22lr AR

Best and most affordable AR 556 / 223 able to use a .22lr conversion kit.

Using a YHM 30CAL DIRECT MOUNT 5/8 24
and a silencerco .22 sparrow.

Possible? Adapters needed?

Your sparrow would be fine but you would need a 5/8 x24 to 1/2x28 adapter. I would just use the sparrow. I would get a BCM for a 22 host.

Reccomending sparrow for .223 AND .22lr? Or just the .22lr (coverted)?
Silencerco says : NO , the sparrow isnt made to handle the .223 pressures and voids the warranty. So I guess threaded it 5/8 and run the yhm on .223 and add the adapter (5/8 -> 1/2) and attach the sparrow,when I swap convert to .22lr.
Anything I missed?

Consensus seems to be that 1/7 rifling is too fast for .22lr, so get something with a more gentle barrel twist like 1/9 or 1/12.

I mean the sparrow for .22, you can get an adapter to use your 30 cal can on the .223.
