Where can I find the above mentioned barrels. It seems like they are a ghost of sorts. Slower twist are easier to find but do not serve the purpose.

Not sure about in-stock, but you can get them pretty much anywhere.
Proof, Bartlein, Brux, and X-Cal all make fast twist .257s off the top of my head, and I’m sure there are others.
There is also at least one 7t ModBB blank currently available in the PX.

Accessories - WTS Bartlien modBB 223, 6mm and 25 cal blanks. (All Straight contour & 1-7 twists)
I bought these and won’t use them. - 1 - .223 - 1 - 6mm - 1 - .257 They are the same external specs. 28 inch barrel max, 1.25 straight, 1-7 twist $575 shipped each.
