Whats the best way to clean one. I shot my 300 5R with a Little Bastard Break on it and took me forever to clean. I used gun scrubber spray in can and q-tips. Whats other ways are there?

Old bronze bore brush of the proper diameter and brake cleaner. Scrub using the bronze brush, spray, scrub.

i take mine off and soak 'em in GM top engine treatment.....in an old shot glass or plastic 35mm film container.
some other fluid that cuts carbon would work also
