It is a giant pain in the ass, for sure. If you are not an SOT, you have to sell on a Form 4 to a dealer or an individual.
Paper, SOT. Non-licensees can’t submit eForm 4 at this time.
Yeah, given the anticipated difficulties, I don’t see why I would even bother when I would get about $800 for a suppressor that cost 1600 New.

Generally, it’s not usually worth it unless you have a can with a high collector/rarity value, or you’re giving a friend or family member a deal.
I have sold four suppressors in state via paper Form 4 this year alone. There’s a market, folks just want a deal.
