The media is thrilled it was a White Trump supporter.
Never mind the First and Second Amendments or the notion of pre-crime. By this criteria a lot of people could get locked up.
You could be a fiction writer and get locked away for a screenplay.
You could be prone to hyperbole or sarcasm ~ throw away the key!
You could post on the Bear Pit and it'd be treason.
Normally I'd expect this to go the way of Jessie Smollett and Jazemine Barnes hoaxes except that the FBI has the guy and can control the narrative from here on out. In other words, he's probably going to be made an example of and a justification to roll things up, censor everything, arrest people for thought crimes.
