Bi-Pods

I have an FN SPR A3G. I want to put a Harris Bi-Pod on it. Who has the best selection, prices? Is there any other accessories needed for the install or does it essentially bolt right on?

Go to Triad Tactical he has everything you need for this. Pick up a swivel Harris and buy a pod-lock. It will go right on your front swivel of the SPR.

Brownells has a good selection in stock. Personally I prefer the 6-9" SBRM (Swivel, leg notches). I would also recommend a KMW Pod-Loc for it. The Harris attaches via the front sling stud on your stock. I used a Harris for years and have no complaints with them, although I recently bought an Atlas bipod and it's pretty slick if you have the extra cash.

I have a FN-A3 G....I got my Harris setup @ Triad Tac.
Triad Tac. had the best prices, on the Harris biopod, and pod lock. One stop shopping!

I wait and buy mine in the bargain cave at Cabela's (Hamburg, Pa.). A swivel Harris that was retailing @ $104.00 for $73.00.

Half my bipods have the podlock and half have the knurled knob tightened a bit with a pair of pliers. Both ways work well enough, the podlock favors F-Class shooting where 2+20 are shot as a string of fire.
