The vast majority of LE will enforce whatever law is on the books no matter unconstitutional, irrational or mean-spirited it is. The sheriffs who refuse right now will eventually retire or be voted out in favor of someone who will enforce those laws.

The others on your list are controlled at the federal level and most of your local LE fit on two levels. Those who own SBR and/or cans. Or those that know absolutely nothing about them and don’t care enough to ask about them anyways
