Big Piney Night Shoot 22 October

The Big Piney Sportsman's Club located near Houston Missouri will be holding our Fall Night Shoot on Saturday night, the 22ed of October. Be registered before 7 PM.

The target bank will have low light illumination.
Target engagement will start at 600 yards. You will fire 5 rounds at 600, move forward and fire 5 rounds at 500, etc all the way up to 100 yards. Required 30 rounds.
Targets will probably be IDPA Practice Silhouettes. They seem to be a better target at night.
All shooting will be prone off a bipod.

We will also be holding a 2-Gun Rimfire ONLY Night shoot. This could end up being a carbine only shoot due to noise. We are planning on doing some shooting this week at night to see how noisy the 22 handguns are both in the shoot house, and outside of it.

I will be missing Saturday night, Granddaughter's Birthday in KC. The wife says this takes presidence over shooting. Andrew, Robert, Jay, Don, and Bryan should all be on hand to make it run smooth. Come on out, and have a great time.

This was a blast. Had a great time, the nighttime shoot was a safe controlled event. Shooting at night has a set of problems all its own.
