Rifle Scopes Big Thanks to SWFA!

Well i had my first problem with a scope, a very old 16X SS model. I contacted SWFA to see what they could do for me. Neeedless to say they took care of the issue. I can't thank them enough which is why i am posting this here. I have read about the great customer service now i have personally experienced it.

Yup they stand behind the SS line 100%. They took care of me when i busted a 10x few years back.

They replaced one for me that I bought used from someone else. No questions asked. Those guys are awesome.

Great to hear that they took care of you. I have so much great shit to say about SWFA lately that I'm almost shocked that a company like that still exists in this day & age.

I can't say enough about how well they took care of me. You are correct a company like this is rare these days. For me it was a bigger issue than most people can understand. I was unemployed for over 2 years & finally got a new job. I ordered the new 5x20HD which was hard for me to do financially, but couldn't pass up the deal Frank & SWFA worked out, thanks guys! Soon after i ordered the 5x20 my old 16x crapped out. Now i was stuck without a scope for one of my rifles i had left over after selling/trading things out over the last 2 years. If it wasn't for SWFA taking care of me with this it would have sat w/o a scope for a long time & to boot It is the rifle my wife uses when we go out shooting together.
