Long story short; ordered another S&B 5-25 from a dealer and got wrong reticle/knob config and dealer did not have a replacement in stock. Called S&B and those guys really took care of everything, swapped scopes with me for a nominal charge and i am a happy camper. First time i have had to use their service in 7 years of ownership between 6 S&B problem-free scopes. Very fast turn around time even with the SHOT show.
