Stupid low ranking government stooges that want to know everything about everybody and believe nobody but them should have privacy.

I would bet however those in the actual know in the NSA and CIA don't mind everyone having "strong encryption" and feeling really safe saying anything they want to to anyone they want all while believing that they are protected by great encryption......
(They of course can't share the goodies with the lower end government stooges).
