Bingham PPS50

I might be looking at an older Bingham PPS50. It is threaded for a flash suppressor.
How reliable are they? Is there anything I should check out before I buy it?

I had an old Sovereign PPS/50 it was stainless, came with a drum and 2 mags, they made a loader for the drum which worked well enough but was a real pia to load. Just as reliable as the ammo you would feed it, really a beautiful weapon.
