Bipod choices for AICS Chassis?

I'm sure this topic's been covered multiple times here, but I'm trying to decide on the best bipod for my custom with an AICS 2.0 chassis. I have looked and looked, and so far I can't decide. Looking hard at the Versa-Pod 150-682. It looks like it has the front spigot integrated in to the pod itself. I would prefer a one-piece solution. I'm looking for advice, experience from those who've been there, done that. How do you mount a pic rail bipod to the AICS? Is there a certain adapter required? Thanks in advance to all who offer up some direction here.......

The AI bipod is a great choice, one peice I believe.

I'm going to run the atlas with the spigot adapter, you could of course run a Harris off the stud.

If it were me I would use the AI or atlas with the spigot attachment, but there's nothing wrong with a Harris.

Hope this helps

I finally picked up the Atlas with spigot... Wanted to see what all the hype was about.

I understand now.

GG&G used to make my favorite, now it's Atlas.

A few options are available:

The Atlas BT10/BT19 combo is a pretty popular option with the spigot mount.
The Versapod is kind of an AI copy, with the AI being a much better bipod (when you can get them).
A Harris attaches to the stud already on the chassis.

As to your question on Pic rail attachments, you'll want the AccuShot BT28 rail section that fits into the slot on the underside of the chassis. The only negative to it is the bipod is mounted pretty far back compared to the other options.

Sean, I want to start by saying my apologies for not buying the ATLAS BT10/BT19 combo from you. I did sign up today for this setup. I did however buy a Pelican Storm case from you last week for my AICS 2.0.....love it! I have reservations about the price point of the ATLAS. Of course I don't know why, I've spent a small fortune on my rig already. What's another $285.....lol. In the end I want what's best for my platform, and all options pointed back to the ATLAS.......
