Bipod help needed !

Since I'm totally fluent in Russian (or whatever it is), here's the translation. It apparently is able to double as a rocking chair. See below.
The bipod is made of duralumin, the coating is anodized.
3 positions step-by-step adjustment of height of legs with a step of 15 mm
5 positions of legs on the frontal inclination 0, 45, 90, 135, 180 degrees
camber 60 degrees.
In combination with the tilt of the legs, the height of the bipod varies from 9cm to 21cm
Mounting on a Planck picatini or directly on the chassis,
rocking chair with quick fix handle with the ability to adjust + -7 degrees
Fortmeier bipod
The design of the bipod is made in such a way that the center of gravity is below the top of the conditional triangle formed by the legs, this provides excellent stability.
The weight of the bipod is about 560 grams. The bipods are equipped with quickly interchangeable paws with spikes during a coup for use on ice, frozen ground and other surfaces where greater traction is needed.

the spiked feet seem corn fused they look upside down i think the grippy spikes should be pointing down but either way its a neat looking bi pod .
In F-class, many of the bipods are specialized for that particular sport. The smooth feet are intended to allow the rifle to recoil consistently and "glide" back during recoil. So while "free recoil" is against the f-class rules, let's just say that many shooters use "neutral recoil" to be polite about it.
That bipod is a Fortmeier or a clone of it. The reverse-claw feet are…odd…and something I’ve never seen before.
