    I have bought form many of the vendors on the Hide, some a lot of $, some provided extra discounts, some have the principle here to interact with and all excellent service. We are lucky to have the Hide; but I want to send a specific shout out for what I just experienced.

    I recently ordered a very small item from Bison Tactical. The tracking number was sent immediately all was fast easy and flawless.. Ok, that is what we have come to expect, more great service.

    I don't empress easily, when it comes to the sales cycle, maybe because I am a VP of Sales myself and a bit over critical sometimes.

    But I have to say, I was super impressed that Fred from Bison, picked up the phone and left a personal Thank You message...

    My next sales meeting I will be talking about how Fred's message made me think about my small purchase and about his Company! What a classy thing to do.

    @Fred @ Bison Tactical Can I play your message for my sales team next meeting?

    Great post. Two of my favorite business principles:

    When all else fails:
    a) treat your employees like customers;
    b) treat your customers like they are important.

    It's easy to get cynical or cranky dealing with demanding people all day, but the good will that a move like this by Bison engenders is worth noting. The guys who take (and occasionally express publicly) the attitude "I don't need you as my customer " really do so at their own peril.

    Your post makes me want to buy from Bison more than some 15% sale or quick shipping.

    Thanks for sharing.

    Prime ammo called me after I made a purchase of ammo from them and thanked me for my purchase, and asked if there was anything I needed, to let them know. Super impressed as well, and they earned my loyalty with that. Looks like I will be doing business with Bison Tactical as well. It may sound cheesy, buts that's worth more to me than the lowest price. One of the most important things you can do is make someone feel valued, whether an employee, a customer, or a family member.

    For those of you who don't know Fred or Bison Tactical, he isn't just some nameless, faceless guy who runs a business.. He's not just some business that sends something to the prize table. He's a great guy that I've shot dozens of matches with over the years and I can't recommend him enough.

    I bought something from them and Fred never called me :(

    Then again it was like a 12$ part :p
    Hey there! I am sorry, I do try to call every customer who places an order, but sometimes I get a bit overwhelmed and just can't get to it. I really think its an important thing to do, and I plan to continue. I apologize that I missed you, and will try to do better in the future. It really doesn't have anything to do with the cost of the item. I just want to thank my customers for buying from me, when they have so many choices of great vendors to support.

    I just also want to say thank you to the great group of guys here at Snipers Hide. You have all done right by me over the years I have been selling here, and my business certainly wouldn't be where it is today without you.

    Frank and Snipers Hide have also driven my interest in long range shooting a lot as well, so personally I also feel like I have gained a lot from all the work everyone does here to give great advice and test products.
