Re: Black Hills 168 gr. 308 Win match ammo ballistics
I'm not sure where that particular data is either.
However, I very recently did a side by side test of 168 grain .308 ammo to find what my rifle likes best. I shot Black Hills 168 grain .308 Match, Federal Gold Medal Match 168 grain SMK's and Hornady Match 168 grain AMAX.
The Hornady 168 grain AMAX match ammo was the least expensive of the three brands, yet it shot the best and the results really surprised me.

Now all this ammo (Hornady, Federal and Black Hills) was shot side by side using a trued action and a Krieger medium Palma contour barrel. The BH ammo shot a very distance 3rd in accuracy and was also the "dirtiest" of the three. Maybe I got a bad batch or my krieger barrel didn't like the BH?

Be advised that many very good shooters on the hide pick the Corbon Match ammo. I have not tried this ammo so I can't speak to having any experience with it.
