Gunsmithing Blade Runner Revolver

Anyone out there who could reproduce this as an actual working firearm? Right now it is only a prop from the movie "Blade Runner":

Since the "pistol" uses a steyr bolt action rifle as a base, it wouldn't be simple but with enough $$$$$ anything is possible. Might be easier to get a Mateba and dress it up.
