blaser tac 2 in left hand. should i buy

i am going up and look at a blaser tac 2 left hand. 3500 for a 308 or 3850 for a 338 lapua. i was going to get a steyr ssg69 p2 but since i am left handed i thought why keep getting right hand guns. does any one have any info on this gun. please send info as soon as possible so i dont waste 4 grand

I had a righty version several years ago that was a laser. I regret selling it, but the ergos for freehand shooting didn't work for me.

i bought the tac 2 in 338 laupa and got an extra barrel in 223. i also bought a schmitd bender 5.5-25x56 to put on it. i hope to hit the range soon to break in the barrel

Mrred, you're gonna love it. I love my lrs2, but I love my tact2 even more. Mine is in 338L and 308Win. let us know how you like shooting it in 223. I have the 223 barrel on order now. I'm pretty sure it'll be soft enough for my wife to enjoy.

my ammo should be in this week and then i start the barrel break in. BORING! after that the fun begins

I like the R93T Tactical/LRS-1 better than the LRS-2, mainly because it uses a 10-round magazine that feeds really well, and has a bit more metal in its construction. I don't know anything about the Tac version - why do you like it better than the LRS-2?
