Took a little leap of faith on the scope mount. I was planning on getting another mounting setup but decided to give Bobro a call and see what they had for a 34mm QD mount. I have used Bobro products in the past and feel that they do have the best locking setup, with their auto compensation levers. Besically, you do not have to do any fine adjustment to your levers when you lock the levers down, unlike the LaRue and ADM mounts. So I ordered one up, sight unseen, I just told Andrew over at Bobro what I was putting it on and he just sent it. As usual, the machining and finish is superb as with all of their mounts. The rings are much beefier then the Bobro 30mm scope mounts I am use to. The locking nuts are on top now instead of on the bottom, and there are now 2 locking levers to hold the scope to the rail. The guys at Bobro built this unit just specifically for the heavier 34mm scope and it shows in it's beefiness. It's not heavy either. It probably weighs in close to what my Spuhr mount weighs.

Sits about as high as all the other mounts that I have seen on the AX chassis.

Hope to get out and rezero the scope this weekend right before I go out to SHOT.

Looks good. Definitely beefed up versus their 30mm mount (which is a darn good mount itself). Return to zero with Bobro mounts has been outstanding in my experience.

I think Andrew is not only at Bobro, he is Bobro. (If I'm not mistaken, his name is Andrew Bobro.)

Correct. And he is awesome to deal with. A real gentleman. He makes some of the best QD mounts available. Always my first choice if I'm looking for QD capability.

It will be a offering they are going to be putting into mainstream production. I just heard rumors that they have some and emailed them to see if they had anything in the pipeline to be built. But he had some sitting on the shelf ready to go. Andrew just told me to order any mount on the site and he will make the changes over to the 34mm mount. Officially these mounts are have not been released yet. But if you ask, I am pretty sure they will sell them to you. I am no one special. Just someone that really like their products and asked before exploring other options.

I used ADM when the company first came out with mounts several years ago. I wasn't too impressed. It had a lot of sharp corners from machining. I recently just got to play with their new stuff, while the machining is a lot better, there is nothing out there that touches the locks on the Bobro.

Looks awesome man...I'm running a 30mm on my FA Titan and it's perfect. It appears the studs are now on the bottom vs. on the caps - I wonder if this is for all current Bobro mounts or just the 34mm?

+1 for Andrew Bobro. When you email the company, he answers.

I emailed just before Christmas to say I moved, misplaced my wrench for one of their mounts, can I buy another one? Andrew says no problem, gets my address, it went out that afternoon and I had it in 2 days from CA, FREE. That is the epitome of customer service to me.

Yeah, I think American Defense has good products, but I don't own any. And I can name a couple other companies that I could do business with, but I'll buy more products from Bobro. And I'm in the market for a mount just like this.

FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Having the locking nuts on the bottom was the dumbest feature about them. Now I can buy one from them without hesitation.

I would email Bobro to check. I am not sure if he has a dual lever mount in 30mm. But I don't see why he wouldn't/

    The clamps are 1" wide.

He will offer some canted mounts this year.

    Re: Bobro 34mm Scope Mount!

Glad to hear about the changes. Makes an already great product even better. I especially like the fact that they're moving the locking nuts to the bottom. Before, it was a pain in the ass to deal with. I understood the reasoning, but installation was annoying.

    Re: Bobro 34mm Scope Mount!

Just saw one of these on the for sale board, SWFA has them in stock for $324.

Considering buying one so I can swap out a S&B PM2 scope from a 338 LM Dakota to a .308 PSS Rem 700 platform so I can use the scope more.

I already have one of the 30mm Bobro mounts on another gun and it is really amazing, locks up every time within one click of elevation/windage.

I've been asking around - I'll get an answer eventually - what is the ring height (base to bottom of rings)?

    Thanks.
