Body/FL when doing each step separate

OK I know there is a sticky above about the diff thats not what I Am asking about.

i do EACH step separate ie: decap, FL/body, neck and seat.

My question is I am retooling for another caliber and picking dies.

My question is since I do each step separate and using busing dies for neck should I just buy a body die for my FL needs?

If you're looking for the same results that you're getting with the current setup, a FL bushing die will do it all in one step.

Is ther any REAL issue running a body vs fl. I read the sticky I maybe I missed it but seems no diff minus one touches neck one does not

No, you just add a process having to do necks separate is all. The original type s die sets from Redding(body, neck, seater) did fine, today most buy type s FL set. If there would be an issue, it would be that in a neck die alone, case walls are not supported and theoretically could cause issues, the amount it needs to be sized down may be a factor.

Yea I am looking at piecing my dies together from different makers. I used a body die with my CM never saw any issues but was just wondering if a true FL would make any real diff. I am fine with each ate being separate

If you have a system that works, stay with it.
