Bolt Action 7mm TCU?

Does anyone offer an Off-the-Shelf Bolt Action in 7mm TCU?

If not, who is a good Riflesmith to convert a Bolt Action .223?

This isn't a Rifle question, but does anyone offer Factory 7mm TCU? I know that you can buy factory-made 7mm TCU brass nowadays.

When using the .223 as the parent case—for a light, Short-Action, Bolt Action—what are the pros and cons of the 7mm TCU verses the .300 Blackout or Whisper?
