Bolt Extender for a Ruger 10/22 ?

All,

Jumping back into the .22LR Arena to use as a trainer of sorts and purchased a Ruger. Put a Nikon scope on it and I noticed that if I am not real careful manipulating the bolt handle my hand can change the windage turret. I'd rather avoid mounting the scope higher if I can. Any suggestions as to what I can use here ?
