I was watching one of the videos on the main page. One of the rifles in the video had a bolt handle with an integrated click type torque wrench. It was used to remove and reinstall the scope.

I was wondering where those are available.

Thanks
Dolomite

In the video "Bomb Proof - The Vortex 5-20 HD Razor Tactical Scope" the bolt they use clicks as it is tightened just like a torque wrench. Between 7:15-7:25 you can see that it acts just like a torque wrench.

It definately clicks as it is tightened, it is either in the nuts or the wrench.

Thanks again

Re: Bolt handle question

This has been discussed. It does sound like it clicks. But the builder of the rifle said it was the rings that made that noise. Not the wrench in the bolt handle.

No I Think it is a Apex. But someone who knows more might tell you. Or you could look at the spec sheet and it will tell you.

there is definatly a click but it is definatly not a torque wrench. it has been discussed before. i believe that is the action that will be used for the 09 hide group buy but i can't remember who exactly the action is made by. it shouldn't be to hard to find out if you really want to know. i am not buying one so i read the thread and moved on.
