Bolt wear

Hey I am looking to buy this MPA Matrix Pro II and get into PRS. Seller stated he had only around 100 rounds through it and mostly just dry fire. His reason for selling was he just not able to get into PRS. I requested a picture of the bolt face and chamber and this is what he sent. Just looking for a second opinion on wear. Overall the outside is pretty pristine. I appreciate the help and any other recommendations for this transaction.

That's a lot of brass on that bolt face. Could be soft brass or a hot load. I have over 1200 rounds on my BAT and I've never seen that much brass on the face (Peterson brass).

That is a lot of grease... I'd drop it in kerosene overnight and blow it out with air the next day.

Doesn’t look like a lot of wear though. With that amount of grease and the seller's admission of dry-fire practice, looks like he was trying to smooth out the action.

Personally I would be looking for pitting caused by blown primer pockets. Ask him to clean it and look again.
