Gunsmithing Bottom metal for a Model 7 Remington

I bought a Model 7 from Remington Custom, has the Laminated Manlicher stock, great rifle. Just not happy with the Bottom metal, seems a bit on th tinny side for lack of better term. Does anyone make a better Bottom metal for the Model 7, the Mod 700 won't work. otherwise might have to order the Stainless from Remington and get it blued.Thanks
