I picked up a Weatherby TRR in .223 off GB for a good price, nice rifle, shoots excellent at 100 yards. Short thick barrel but not heavy and well balanced. Could use a faster twist, but that will be for the next barrel...
Anyway, it's my gun to play around with. I'm going to desert camo it with Duracoat, put in side mounted swivel cups, etc...
My other rifles are all Remingtons, 700's and 7's. If it's not a hunting rifle it's got a Badger bottom metal and detachable mag on it so I was thinking about doing that to the Weatherby.
It's a lightweight Mark V action, does anybody make DBM for Weatherby's? Just a thought, I don't need it, but it would be cool. It's just a range gun that's cheap to shoot...
