Looks like Spartan’s bottom dweller.

It looks similar I agree. The mag release lever is a little different. The reason I'm asking is I bought a Manners Stock here on the Hide and it has this bottom metal on it but the PO doesn't remember the brand. I don't recognize it and would like to find out more about it. Any other ideas?
