If the stock doesn't touch your shoulder it's not NFA....if it touches your shoulder, it's an SBR and NFA.. Very clear and logical....
well, if it a brace, you can shoulder it, or move it pretty much where ever you want..........not not so clear, or logical........
Ok using the same every thing else. We have an AR with a brace, collapsible stock of your choice or a fixed A2 stock. Which combination is the most lethal?

Cute but let me know when the ATF releases a statement that says "All braces are legal, on all platforms, of any barrel length, in any configuration, fired in any manner, including from the shoulder." Which they will never do. Every time they answer a question, or provide a response, letter, etc. you can tell it was designed with great effort to leave as much vague gray area as possible to fuck gun owners over in the maximum possible way.
