Ok my bad, I was thinking of using the guy for annealing some of my "non-popular/uncommon" brass since I don't have a setup to anneal. Didn't realize you meant punching primers and cleaning.

I had a guy, down in Texas that processed a pile of brass for me. He cleaned, resized, trimmed, and swaged the primer pockets, if needed, and he did an excellent job! I think he charged $30-$35 per thousand, but, I think that right now, he's taking some time off.
There's a guy on AR15 advertising .223 brass processing for $25K.

Consider the outfit called top brass. I know they buy large quantities of once fired military brass, then clean, swage crimp, trim, size and prime. Dont know if they offer it as a service for your brass though.
Ill do it for $60/hour.

I can refurbish your brass, cleaned using Stainless Steel media followed by annealing. I decap, clean and anneal but do not resize as it's best done after annealing.
