Gunsmithing Browning BAR/FN FNAR cycling troubles.....

I threaded a barrel for a gentleman on a FN FNAR and installed an AAC muzzle break on it for his suppressor. The problem is now the rifle will not function. The customer tried adjusting the gas system and still has no luck. Does anybody have a good idea or had similar problems? The rifle is in the customers hands and was just sent to me for a barrel threading.

Problem solved, rifle works correctly and just needed to be cleaned and the gas system needed re-adjusted.
