Buckmark 22 pistol purchase

Hi guys,

Buying 22 lr for girlfriend. I have owned Ruger Mk II 's and loved them. Tried to get her on board with the Ruger since I am finding it a little hard finding the models she likes in the Browning. I am thinking the gun models are basically the same with different cosmetic treament? I can get the camper model locally and maybe just juice it up for her with some new grips etc. but I want to be sure the trigger and sights are decent?

She will be joinng a rather long list of Buckmark enjoyers...

IMHO, owning the Buckmark is like owning a High Standard without having to deal with all the High Standard issues (finicky magazines, which High Standard company built what parts, etc...).

Thanks Greg, She settled on a Mk III target. PIA to break down but I am happy with her final choice. I was shocked as she seemed so set on the buckmark. So it goes with the old aying @ women and changing thier minds.
