Rifle Scopes Budget Bios

I just got the go for some bios for work use. I work for an electric utility and the work use would be looking at poles and conductor and all. The weekend use would be for some hunts but more for traning and target id. My budget is about $150.

One of the guys has some bushnell banner 10X42s that work good just for a reference to what Im looking for.

I was also considering the vortex crossfie 10X42 or spitfire 10X32.
