I jusr rebarrled my 10/22 and have a suppressor on the way, now I am trying to pick a scope. It will be used for target shooting at 50yrds and some hunting. I would like the magnification range to be somewhere in he 3-10 range. Now the biggest part is I want FFP for on the fly adjustments at different ranges because I will be useing all subsonic loads.

Any input appreciated!

Well if it has to be FFP I'd suggest looking at a Falcon. They are a bit chunky and on the heavy side for a 10/22 but I've found them to be solid and repeatable with reasonable glass for the money.

The words "budget" and "FFP" don't go well together. What exactly is your budget? You might be better served with a fixed 4x or 6x scope for your stated purposes when trying to stick to a limited budget.

While I like the US optics above I think 2k is a bit much for a $400 gun for 50yrds. I was hopeing to stay in the $300-$400 range.

Re: Budget FFP scope for suppressed 10/22

I was thinking it would be easier to be able to hold off using the the mils if quickly changing ranges. I do not know alot about subsonic ammo (yet) but I assume there is a significant drop for 50-75-100 yrds.

I tried the Midway BSA 4-14x44 mil-mil. Huge improvement over anything else they make. Liked enough that I bought another one. They work great on .22s and have enough mag to see your shots.

I also have a BSA Mil-Mil and like it. Mine actually tracks really well. I have it set up on an EGW 20 MOA base on a Savage Mk II TR and shoot the Wolf Match Target. I can take it out to 255 yards and back to 50 or 100 and be right on target. You asked about drop. Here is my dope for this set up:
Yards-Mils
50-0
75-0.7
100-1.9
125-3.2
150-4.6
175-6
200-7.4
255-11

Re: Budget FFP scope for suppressed 10/22

Wouldn't the SWFA 3-9 mil-quad be ideal? FFP, MIL/MIL and the reticle is hashed to down a full 10 MILs. Plus it's a standard 30mm tube with a rimfire-friendly sized 42mm front end.

I have a suppressed CZ452. My dope is nearly identical to that above with CCI Standard velocity and a 75y zero.
Yards / mrad
50y +0.9
75y 0
100y 1.2
150y 3.9
200y 7.1
250y 10.6
300y 14.6
