"Budget Precision" Part 4 - Stock Replacement

In part 4 we first shim the factory Hogue stock to gain some free-float. We then replace it with a Bell & Carlson M40 style stock. We ran out of time to run a 5x5 grouping test, but we will pick that up in the beginning of Part 5 before we get to bedding.
