Rifle Scopes Budget Scope Options

Greetings everyone on Sniper's Hide!
I am new to the forum but have found it quite helpful in my search for answers. I thank you all for that.

Down to business, I am on a limited budget but looking for a quality mil-dot scope. From my research I have decided that a Bushnell Legend Ultra HD 4.5-14x44mm mil-dot scope meets my needs. What I would like to know is what my fellow precision shooters opinions are. Please feel free to suggest a different optic but again I am on a budget, for now, of no more than $500.

depending on the zoom range your looking at you might look into the vortex viper 6.5-20
