Buffers

I am wondering what the different results or advantages are when using lighter spring with heavier buffer vs heavy spring and lighter buffer.
18” mid length 6arc. I will be adding a suppressor.

My guess based on my tuning of them... Spring pressure would regulate/mitigate some recoil, higher spring rate for hotter loads and harsher recoil, where as buffer weight would regulate speed... and each one will slightly affect the other. The length of gas system also plays a role...
