Bulk .223 Parts list

Hey Guys, Some of the guys from the 3 Gun club are talking about getting together to do a few thousand rounds of .223 for practice and matches. I have been tasked with getting the components list together and am looking for a little help. I have checked several websites, and it looks like everybody is out of 55 grain ball. Does anybody have any ideas where I should look and what I should expect to pay? Also, I am not sure about where the best places to source once fired brass. I have my ideas on powders and primers, but I am open to some ideas on recipes.

If you can find Hornady 55gr FMJ projectiles you wont go wrong.I use Remington brass and 24.5 grs of H335.If you can find the surplus powder wc844 is close to h335. Just be careful and work up with surplus powder.I have fired thousands of rounds of this recipe.It is accurate.hope this helps
