I’m going to load up some 6.5 CM subsonics with the 160gr round nose bullets. What bullet seating stem should I use in my die. Does someone make a stem meant for round nose bullets or could I use the same one I use for my 143 eldx?

The seater shouldn't push on the tip of the bullet, it should push on the ogive. The tip to ogive will actually be shorter on a round nose.
The time you may need a new seater is when you get an old die for round nose bullets that will crush the tips on a vld.
