As the title says, I have a small burr in the neck area of a new AR barrel chambered 223 Wylde. Less than 100 rounds, but is big enough that it is causing significant gouge on the neck of the brass after extraction. Some are actually split necks - no signs of pressure, running a very mild load for break-in. How do you rid this problem? Unfortunately, the barrel extension and barrel are bonded together.
