Rifle Scopes Burris Timberline 2-7 for M&P 15-22 any thoughts

I am looking for an under $200 scope for a M&P 15-22. Any experience with the Burris 2-7 or something similar? The gun is going to be used for plinking out to 200 yards.

We have a 1/2 dozen or more in use and have even mounted them onto larger caliber rifles for temporary usage with no problems . The glass is great , the warranty is great and the price cannot be beat .

The Burris 2-7x is a nice little scope and makes a great rimfire scope when you get it with the Ballistic Plex reticle.
