Rifle Scopes Burris XTR vs generic rings

I am looking at picking up a set of Burris XTR low rings for a .22 trainer, and came across a set of Vector Optics rings on eBay. They look identical to the XTRs, so I am curious if they are a cheap knock off or if they are actually pretty close. I know the Vector's are Chinese, but are the Burris rings USA made?

Any experience with these rings? I need as low a 30mm ring as I can get, and these should fit the bill. Thanks!

vectors are a knock off.

for a 22 check out burris zee 30mm rings
medium # 420044
high # 420077

the mediums are .205 from rail to bottom of tube which is loooowww.
