I received a replacement scope yesterday, which makes it less than a 5 day turnaround from when I sent it. That's the best customer service I've received from any company, ever! AND they replaced my moa/mil with their new mil/mil offering!
It's good to know if you need them, bushnell is there and ready to make it right!

John, the riflescope product manager, is taking care of this for me!
Talk about EXCELLENT customer service from Bushnell! I never even had to make a phone call to Bushnell! Less than 24 hours from figuring out I have a problem, the riflescope product manager gets in touch with ME from reading my post and says he'll replace it free of charge!
Sounds like Bushnell is committed to making the best products possible, listening to their customers, and making things right every chance they get!
I'll update the thread when the new scope is received! John, you've earned yourself a Bushnell customer for LIFE.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Rifle is a Savage .308 tactical, aftermarket stock, Bushnell Elite 4200 Tactical 6-24x50. It holds ¾ MOA for 5 shot groups.
I went to the range today and did some tracking tests at 100 yards (range verified from muzzle to be 100 yards with rangefinder). I verified zero, coldbore plus 2; maintained POI from last time out.
Data:
1: 10 clicks right, POI 11.25” right.
2: 10 right, 10 up, POI 11.25” right, 11.75” up
3: 10 right, 20 up, POI 11.25” right, 23.00” up (11.25”)
4: 10 right, 30 up, POI 10.00” right, 34.75” up (11.75”)
5: 10 right, 40 up, POI 10.00” right, 46.50” up (11.75”)
6: 10 right, 43.75 up, POI 11.25” right, 51.00” up (4.5” for 3.75 adjustment)
7: re-check zero, POI .75” left, .25” high (only one shot taken)
After seeing these results, I tried to see if the adjustments are not equal across the range:
8: 10 up, POI .75” left, 12.00” high
9: 20 up, but using POI on reticle from #8 as aiming point (testing the second 10 up) POI .75” left, 11” up
10:5 up, POI 7” high
So, the adjustments on my bushnell appear to be neither inches or MOA (1.047”, right?), and it appears that the adjustments may be greater at the lower range of adjustments. Some of the small deviation is shooter error no doubt.
But 43.75 up shooting 51” high is NOT. Can anyone explain this? Am I expecting too much from Bushnell? Does anyone else with a Bushnell have a similar issue, or do I have a lemon and need to call Bushnell to see about a replacement? This is not a new riflescope, and I no longer have the warranty information.
