Scope just arrived, going today to check on base and rings then my SPS should be about finished, for now atleast.

Guess I could give a quick review on it. Got the very last one from Midway USA. Called last Friday and they put it on hold for me until this past Tuesday. Completed my order Tuesday, arrived Thursday but hadnt had a chance to put hands on it really.

Glad is extremely clear, and the illumination even on full doesnt blurry or make it fuzzy to where you couldnt see anything.

Knobs are nice and smooth, no mushiness like others have reviewed.

Overall I am happy with what I got, cant wait to mount and blast away

So the local shop didnt have what I was looking for, guess I will be going with an ordered Badger or Nightforce.

My Barrett came with an Elite 3200 10X from the factory. I eventually replaced it with a more powerful scope, but the Elite held up just fine under 50 cal recoil. Nice clear glass, big target knobs, and good clicky turrets. Think you'll be happy with your choice.

Thanks db, glad to hear a review like that on a model such as mine. Seems like the 3200 and 4200 like mine are very solid.

LowLights review intrigued me.

Have you done a "box test"? How is your scope track? I have look thru 3200 model @ the range in low light , i wasn't impressed...

Please explain what you mean by box test, and tonight at dusk and getting close to dark it looked fine to me, not to mention I dont plan on sniping anyone at night so I should be fine, no warrior training for me anytime soon.

Great scope choice. I used the elite series last year on a 6br 6x47 7mm mag and a 25wsm, ran the tunnets up down side to side with no problems.

Google 'box test scope' Essentially, you are testing the consistency/accuracy of turret adjustments.

I haven't even mounted it yet so a box test is obviously out of the option. I should be getting a mount and rings this coming week, then maybe a box test will be in the schedule.

Nice scope. I have one on my .308 and it tracks perfect. It may just be my computer screen but your pictures are pretty dark.

My 6500 tracked perfect on the box test. Great scope for the money.
