I am thinking about getting one of these Bushnell Excursion Spotters with the Mil Reticle. I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with these good or bad. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I have one. It has been great so far despite being dropped several times and riding in the bed of my truck to and from the range and matches. Glass is very clear and the FFP reticle is a great feature. If you are looking for a spotting scope with a ranging reticle I would recommend this.
The only thing I did not like was the tripod it came with. I would suggest upgrading to a Slik or Manfrotto.

Wareagle, thanks for the review. that is exactly what I wanted to here. are the optics fairly clear? especially at the highest power? I notice alot of spotters get horrible at higher magnification.

Yes. Very clear glass. I use it mostly on the 45 setting and it stays crisp edge to edge. With little/no mirage, its very easy to see detail at 800+ yards.

I guess from what research I have done on the internet, Bushnell has decent glass but horrible customer service, correct? I am going to keep my fingers crossed that I get one of the good ones that dont require the need for any customer service.
