Bushnell spotter Kestrel mount

I thought I had seen a way to mount a Kestrel to a pic rail but now I can't find it. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I would like to mount my Kestrel above my Bushnell spotter. Thanks for the help.

I saw that, but I thought there was a mount that allowed the Kestrel to spin and find wind direction independent of the spotter.

They make a weather vane, but I don't believe it's picatinny mountable. I think it mounts to a 1/4-20 stud.

I mount mine to the tripod leg using a Ram mount.

it can be mounted to a pic rail with an adapter. B&H Photo sells them I believe. but if you are going to use the weather vane, it needs to be high enough and far away enough where you wont interfere while looking through the spotter.

The one I recall seeing was mounted 6-12" above the top of the spotter so there would be no interference. I'll check out B&H.

I saw that one on B&H. That would probably work. Just put some threaded rod on there to give some height.
