I was recently given a bushnell tactical tripod and was wondering if anyone had any experience ad or good with using one. I was thinking of changing out the head for a more stable one considering that this has the pistol grip style small ball .

Just went on their website and the high end tripod only supports 8.8lbs so doubt it will be very steady if you are planning on shooting with it.
Its the tripod that was issued out to Marine sniper platoons along with the manfrotto it’s actually a slik tripod but with bushnell tactical signature all over it its the exact model as shadow techs pig 0311 tripod but with a different head set up. I wonder if i could change out the head to say a leofroto one or rrs
