I have an XRS II that has a stuck Diopter lock ring, before I send it back to Bushnell, has anybody ever had this happen or have any ideas on how to get it unstuck without breaking it?

I did actually - I sat it upright and put a few drops of rem oil around the ring and left it overnight. Then, with plastic jaws, I put it in a vice and gently twisted and it came unstuck. I think where I originally went wrong is that it never is meant to completely lock the diopter, just make it hard to bump it off its setting.
