Rifle Scopes Bushnells 1-6.5x24 Tactical reviews

Re: Bushnells 1-6.5x24 Tactical reviews

I'm at SHOT now, I've gone by and checked it out twice as I was considering one for my AR-10. They're decent, and the FFP model has just the right reticle size. Small donut like a Trijicon when it's down to 1x, and a full scale reticle on 6.5x. The glass looks about the same as a Vortex PST 1-4, not perfect but useable and bright. The illumination was good, not too bright when dialed down(but it's light in there, so can't say for sure about night time viewing), but daylight visible when dialed up.

Personally after seeing them I won't be picking one up, as I think the PST is on par for less than half the price and I KNOW Vortex takes care of their customers. I really like the higher magnification of the Bushnell, but for me it isn't worth the extra expense. I can't remember what retail pricing was on the Bushnell, but it was over $1k.

EDIT: If there's anything specific you want to know email me, I'm headed in for a last day run through and I'll look at it again if you want.

Just curious how does the Bushnell compare to Leupold's new Mark 6 1-6? I know there's a $600 price difference between the two.

From what I have heard the pst line does. Not have day light visable illumination. But this is just what I have read here.
