Rifle Scopes Bushnells warranty? Good or not?

Does anybody know how good bushnells warranty is had a xrs go bad on me last weekend during a club match. Something inside the elevation turret went bad and can now hear it rattling inside the scope. Just trying to figure out what to expect this is my 3rd elite tactical scope and the only one I've had something break on.

I received great service from Bushnell. I had what I thought was a very minor issue with my ERS and they replaced the entire scope with a DMR2 since my scope was out of production. Send them an e-mail and I'm sure they will take care of you.

The only time I had to send anything in was for scratches on both ends of my XRS, and the rubber ocular ring peeling away after removing and installing a rear lens cap too many times. They cleaned and polished the front lens, replaced the entire ocular barrel (new lens and ring), re-greased everything internally, and re-purged the interior - in about 3 hours. It left their facility the same day it arrived and didn't charge me a dime.

So yeah, I have had good experience with them.

This is the first time I've ever had to send a scope back for repairs other than a vortex crossfire so just wanted to get some insight on how bushnells warranty and customer service is

Sent a scope in and they sent me a new one. Why don't people use the search function anymore. This is constantly being covered.
