About how much space do you need between barrel and objective end in order to fit a Butler Creek?

Hard to tell precisely, but I would account for roughly 1/4th inch to be safe.

Hell, but 'em and ram them on there. They're going to break shortly afterwards anyhow, hehe ; )

Bought a set for a Weaver... without the caps, I could use a low DNZ ring/mount combo. With the caps, I was pushed into a medium.

I avoid Blizzard caps - the window falls out pretty quickly.
